Recently, the steel structure garage for our client in Central Africa is ready for shipment. We have visited the factory on multiple occasions to actively cooperate with the COC inspection body for product quality testing.

To ensure the successful delivery of this overseas order, our company strictly complies with international trade export standards and overseas engineering quality specifications. A rigorous quality control system is implemented throughout the whole process, from raw material procurement, CNC machining, welding and grinding, anti-corrosion treatment to finished product inspection. During production, the technical team calibrates component dimensions one by one, and tests structural strength and anti-corrosion performance to prevent defective products from leaving the factory. At the shipment stage, all components are sorted, moisture-proof packaged and securely bundled by our staff. The packing list is carefully checked to avoid collision, moisture damage and breakage during long-distance sea transportation, ensuring every set of equipment is delivered to the client in intact and premium condition. At present, we have successfully passed the inspection by the official COC authority and obtained the SGS COC export certificate.

The entire garage adopts a factory prefabricated and modular assembly design. All supporting equipment undergoes standardized production, precision machining and pre-assembly testing within the factory. No complicated construction equipment is required on site, enabling rapid assembly and erection, which greatly shortens the construction period and reduces on-site construction costs. It perfectly meets the requirements for efficient implementation of overseas projects. Compared with traditional brick-concrete garages, prefabricated steel structure garages feature fast erection, high durability, relocatable design, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.
