A weighbridge or a truck weighing scale typically consists of modular steel platforms, Bridge Loadcell, Digital Weighing Indicator, a Junction box, External Display, Signal line, Automatic control System and Computer Printer. When a vehicle drives onto the platform, the load cells detect the weight and send a signal to the weight indicator or computer, which displays the weight on a screen. By weighing the vehicle both empty and when loaded, the load carried by the vehicle can be calculated.
The main beam is high-strength U-beam structure. The weighing platform panel is made of Q-235 flat steel, joined to a closed box-type structure, which is strong and reliable.
