Introduction to Stabilized Soil Mixing Plants

Stabilized soil mixing plant is a facility used for the production of stabilized soil. Stabilized soil refers to a material formed by mixing binding agents—such as lime, cement, or fly ash—with soil, gravel, or other aggregates. Once mixed, spread, and compacted, this material forms a stable road base.

The main components of a stabilized soil mixing plant include the batching system, mixing system, conveying system, fully automated control system, and cement silos, among others. These components work in synergy to ensure the uniform mixing and efficient production of stabilized soil.

Compared to a concrete mixing plant, it has fewer cement silos. Often, just one or two are sufficient.

Stabilized soil mixing plants are primarily used for transportation projects such as roads, railways, bridges, and airports, whereas concrete mixing plants are mainly utilized for various engineering structures.

Concrete mixing plant models include the HZS25, 35, 50, 60, 75, 90, 120, and 180 series. Stabilized soil mixing plant models primarily comprise the WBZ, WYBZ, and MWBZ series—such as the WBZ300, WBZ400, WBZ500, and WBZ600.

HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant
HZS180 concrete mixing plant can be used as commercial ready-mixed concrete batching plant to sell high quality concrete to different buyers.
Concrete Mixer-JS750
JS750 double shaft concrete mixer offers a slightly larger capacity compared to the JS500 mixer, making it an excellent choice for medium-scale projects.
Double Concrete Batching Plant
A Double or twin concrete plant means that there are two independent plants at the same site. Both are installed and started up at the same time.
