The HZS25 concrete batching plant shipped in this batch has a theoretical output of 25 cubic meters per hour. As a small-sized mixing plant unit, it caters to the demands of medium and small construction projects across Russia and is widely applicable to suburban residential development, rural road maintenance, small bridge works, mining supporting projects and other scenarios. In response to Russia’s prolonged winters and extreme low temperatures dropping below -30°C, the technical team of Xinfeng Machinery has carried out multiple specialized cold-resistant upgrades. These optimizations resolve local operational problems including pipeline freezing and blockage, difficult startup in cold weather, and excessive component wear during winter production.
Heat preservation and heating systems are installed for all water and air circuits, while thickened thermal insulation layers are added to water tanks and admixture tanks. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are filled with low-temperature special grease and equipped with preheating devices, enabling normal startup at temperatures as low as -30°C and preventing icing and blockage of pipelines. Thickened wear-resistant alloy steel is adopted for the main mixer liner plates and mixing blades, adapting to the working conditions with high-hardness sand and aggregate raw materials in Russia. The mixing main engine is a standard Model 750 twin-shaft compulsory mixer featuring high mixing uniformity. Sand, aggregate, cement, water and admixtures are weighed via independent electronic weighing units. The measurement errors strictly comply with Russian construction standards, ensuring stable output of qualified ready-mixed concrete. The full-automatic PLC control cabinet is equipped with a Russian-language operation interface. The whole processes of batching, mixing and discharging can be automatically completed with one step, making it easy for local workers to operate. The electric control cabinet is hermetically sealed for cold and dust resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor open-air operation. The whole set of batching plant is divided into multiple modular units. Its assembly and disassembly do not require large hoisting equipment. Featuring a small footprint and convenient transportation, it meets the construction demands of frequent site transfers and limited space at remote construction sites in the Russian Far East and Siberia.
