Fault phenomenon:
1. The weighing of powder is always too much.

Cause Analysis:
The factors related to the weighing of the powder have the setting of the drop, the uniformity of the feeding of the screw machine, and the influence of the dust pressure of the main building.
Processing:
Always too much or always too small can be corrected by adjusting the drop. When the weighing is unstable, the uniformity of the feeding of the screw machine should be checked (mainly whether the material in the powder tank is smooth) and processed. Also check whether the dust removal line and the dust collector filter of the main building are blocked.
